First at all I think Ecuadorian high school students need to be more responsible by themselves and also more consciousness of the effort madden by their family in order to proportionate them a good level of education and a value tool for their future. If I plan to teach it is really necessary to evaluate the knowledge of the students to have an idea of the English level that they had learned years before, maybe it would be practical to do a brainstorming with all the classroom; after it is clear to refresh their grammar structures, to make a feedback and to review basic vocabulary , then I will start with the new contends of Grammar in order to integrate old knowledge with new English language and also if I teach in a public school I would check didactic tools to teach daily, and if I worked in a private high school it is better to use more technology like internet to get betters goals. Besides although I would work in a private or public high school it is important to develop in students the four basic abilities of learning teaching process like listening, writing, speaking and reading motivating them to look for their own answers, and read not only little articles of magazines but also newspapers, surveys, etc. And to attract them to the English word it would be useful to watch films about American culture, and also american fashion movies and to take out the main topic, to extract difficult words of understanding, and finally to make a brief of the movie. At the end it is imperative to create an excellent environment of working between students and teachers where everybody feels comfortable, confident to talk, to ask questions to the teacher, and finallly to learn in a place with peace.
